This Shipping Policy explains how Udaan eBike (“we”, “our”, “us”) processes and delivers orders placed on https://mobile.krutidevtounicode.net/.


1) Shipping Locations

We deliver to many serviceable locations across India. Delivery availability depends on your pin code and courier/transport partner coverage.

If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you and may cancel the order with a refund (for prepaid orders).


2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Processing may take longer during high-demand sales, holidays, or due to stock verification.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping/tracking details (where available).


3) Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on product type and your location:

  • Accessories / small items: typically 3–7 business days
  • Electric bicycles / EV products: typically 5–12 business days
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer.

Note: These are estimated timelines. Delays can happen due to courier operations, weather, traffic, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.


4) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout or on the product page.
  • Some products/offers may include free shipping, which will be displayed during checkout or in promotional banners.

5) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and selected pin codes only.
  • COD may have order value limits or additional verification based on courier guidelines.
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain orders if risk verification fails.

6) Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable) once the order is shipped.
  • Some large EV shipments may be delivered via transport/logistics partners where tracking updates may be limited or delayed.

7) Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 1–3 times.
If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address/phone number,
  • customer unavailable,
  • refusal to accept delivery,
  • non-payment (for COD),

the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply, or
  • The order may be cancelled and refund (if eligible) will be processed after return is received.

8) Damaged Package / Wrong Item

Please check the package at the time of delivery (where possible).

If you receive:

  • a damaged package/product, or
  • the wrong item,

contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • photos/videos of the package and product
  • unboxing video (recommended)

We will verify and help with a replacement/return as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9) Address Change

Address changes are possible only before shipping. Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
