At Udaan eBike (“we”, “our”, “us”), we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the rules for returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds for purchases made on https://mobile.krutidevtounicode.net/.
1) Return Window
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery (or as mentioned on the product page/invoice). The return window starts from the date the order is delivered to you.
2) Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags/labels (if any), manuals, and accessories
- Returned with invoice/receipt (digital or printed)
- Not damaged due to misuse, accident, or incorrect handling
Important: For EV products (electric cycles/e-scooters), the product should not be used extensively. If the product shows heavy usage, physical damage, or missing parts, the return may be rejected.
3) Items Not Eligible for Return (Non-Returnable)
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, water damage (unless covered by warranty)
- Products with missing accessories, chargers, manuals, or packaging
- Products returned after the return window
- Any item marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Accessories/consumables (if opened/used), where applicable
4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged in transit,
- Defective on arrival, or
- Different from what you ordered,
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
5) Replacement Policy
- Replacement is subject to stock availability.
- If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or provide a refund.
6) Cancellation Policy
Before shipping:
- Orders can be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped/processed.
After shipping:
- If the order is already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You may request a return after delivery (as per eligibility).
7) Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days (may vary by bank/payment method).
- For prepaid orders, refund will be made to the original payment method (UPI/card/net banking).
- For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after you share the required details.
Note: Shipping/handling charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged product).
8) Return Pickup / Shipping
- In many cases, we arrange return pickup through our courier partners (where serviceable).
- If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product as per our support team instructions.
- If the return is due to customer choice (wrong order, no longer needed, etc.), return shipping charges may apply.
9) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account/UPI statement
- Contact your bank/payment provider
- If still unresolved, email us with your Order ID
